I have been married to Jerry (from Bowen High School) for 45 years.We met at a Yom Kippur night dance in 1963. We have 3 children. Alan who is 42 and got married last August to Alysa , Steven who is married to Sarah and has 3 children, our Jacob who is 11 years old, Jonah who is 9 years old and Laila who is 5 years old. They all live in West Bloomfield , Michigan so we don't see the grandchildren as often as we want. Sheryl who is 36 years old is married to Sean and they have 2 children our Cian who is 20 months and little Adelaide (Addy) who is 6 months. They live in Urbana but are always coming to our house to visit. We have an Electrical Contracting Business and we are still working. My hobby is my camping ( trailer with a/c and bathrooms), but I just love to be outdoors. The south side was a wonderful life for all of us, and there isn't a day that probably goes by that I don't say are you a south sider??? and then I go down memory lane. In high school I worked at Horney's dime store on 79th street and a jewerly store on 71st. I think the owners were the Blumenthals. I still like those white castle hamburgers , but i can only eat about 2 now. I was in Tabs sorority and we have had a few reunions ourselves. It is so much fun to remember the boys we dated or the places we would go on a date. Looking forward to our 50th reunion- SEE YOU THERE !!! Send Maureen a Message

What a great job you are all doing. The last reunion I attended was at the Pick Congress Hotel I think 1990. Not sure as yet if I can attendthis one. What fun seeing what everyone has done and is doing. I started looking thru the Tides. Got to love the hair dos. Hope to see yoi there.
